Hey girl!
I'm so glad you found my page. I'm excited and honored to have the privilege of getting to work with you to help you along your health & fitness journey. I know it can seem like an overwhelming or daunting task to get from where you are now to the goals you're hoping to achieve, but I know we can get you there! I've been in your shoes before of feeling discouraged, lacking confidence or energy, being unsure of what to even do, and not having the motivation to do it even once I knew what I should be doing. That's why I'm here now. I will give you that accountability you need when you're lacking motivation. I will be in your corner cheering you on when you're feeling discouraged or lacking confidence. I will create an individualized holistic game plan to insure you have all the tools you need to succeed. Together we will get you to your goals! I am SO excited for you!

When I first started getting into strength training as a young adult, I faced some really challenging seasons of life. Working out quickly became my hobby, my stress relief, and my therapy. While it was not always easy to stay motivated, and I got off track many times, it was always there for me to fall back on. Throughout my fitness journey I have battled with low self confidence, anxiety, PCOS, depression, body image struggles, comparing my journey with others, gut health & hormone issues, all or nothing mindsets with nutrition & exercise, and so much more. Though they were many times painful, I am grateful for the struggles and battles I have overcome (and continue to battle), because they led me to pursue a career in helping other people overcome their own hurdles and pursue a healthier lifestyle.

I am a huge advocate for mental health (thanks to my psychology major) and love that working out is a training ground not only for the body but also for the mind. The mental strength and resilience you can develop when training is hard to find elsewhere. While I think everyone should go to actual therapy, I love that working out also feels like a form of therapy.

When I'm not in the gym, you can find me walking, cooking, nerding out to a good podcast or book, spending as much time outside as possible, traveling or doing house projects with my husband. I'm a mountain girl, but also love escaping to the coast whenever I can. I'm excited to hear your story and see if working together would be a good fit!
