It's funny how the fitness industry is supposed to help people become healthier versions of themselves, but more times than not it does the opposite. The fitness industry can be such a toxic and confusing place that teaches countless unhealthy habits, mindsets, and values. I have heard so many stories of people endlessly yo-yo dieting, feeling judged at the gym, being body shamed, developing an unhealthy relationship with food because it has been demonized, being too intimidated to use the weights section of the gym because of their gender or age, being told they're not good enough, being told they just need to try harder to lose weight, and being convinced they need to workout every single day to reach their goals...all because the fitness industry said so.

If you have been taught to believe any of those lies, I am asking you to do yourself a favor and leave all of that in the past.

I want to empower women, and instill HEALTHY HABITS & HEALTHY MINDSETS above all else...this is what will help you reach your goals. I don't train people with an all or nothing approach. I recognize life happens and life is to be ENJOYED. I'm a big fan of helping you find a SUSTAINABLE BALANCE that works for you. I help you walk the fine line between DISCIPLINE and giving yourself GRACE. I recognize that working out and eating well is just as much about your mental health as it is your physical. Ultimately, I want to help you fall in love with a sustainable, enjoyable, healthy lifestyle, that is going to EMPOWER and help you become the best version of yourself.
